FTAI Aviation Ltd. operates globally, concentrating on acquiring and owning essential infrastructure and equipment that facilitate the transportation of goods and people worldwide. Its business model is structured around two core divisions: Aviation Leasing and Aerospace Products. The Aviation Leasing segment manages a portfolio of aviation assets, including commercial aircraft and their engines, which it then leases or sells to customers. As of December 31, 2022, this division oversaw 330 aviation assets in total, consisting of 106 commercial airplanes and 224 engines. At that time, four aircraft and one engine were located in Ukraine, with an additional eight aircraft and seventeen engines situated in Russia.
