Invesco Global Clean Energy UCITS Distribution 

The Invesco Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF (Distribution) seeks to replicate the total net return performance of the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index, after accounting for all associated fees. This fund provides income distributions to investors on a quarterly basis. The WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index serves as the benchmark, designed to track the financial performance of international companies that are pioneering innovations in the generation and use of cleaner energy, fostering energy conservation and efficiency, and promoting advancements in renewable energy. Each security within the index is weighted equally, and the index undergoes rebalancing every three months. Its portfolio primarily includes companies engaged in diverse renewable energy sectors such as wind, solar, biofuels, hydroelectric, wave, tidal, and geothermal power. It also encompasses firms involved in energy conversion, storage, conservation, efficiency-related materials, initiatives for carbon and greenhouse gas reduction, pollution control, and emerging technologies like hydrogen and fuel cells. To qualify for inclusion, securities must additionally meet specific liquidity and tradability standards. To achieve its investment objective, the ETF endeavors to acquire and maintain, as comprehensively and practically as possible, all the securities comprising the Reference Index according to their assigned proportions. Consequently, the fund adjusts its holdings in sync with the Reference Index's scheduled rebalancing. This exchange-traded fund operates under a passive management approach.
