BlackRock Overseas Equity Fund I 

The aim of the Fund is to provide a return on your investment (generated through an increase in the value of the assets held by the Fund and/or income received from those assets) by investing in units or shares of collective investment schemes (i.e. other investment funds). In seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will invest at least 70% of its total assets in units or shares of collective investment schemes, with more than 50% of its total assets invested in collective investment schemes that track indices of equities (i.e. shares) with an emphasis on indices of equity markets outside the UK.
