The fund is actively managed and invests mainly in a diversified portfolio of shares from large capitalisation companies in the United States that, in the opinion of the investment manager, are undervalued relative to their historical average and/or the average of their industries. Specifically, the fund invests at least 70% of total assets in shares and related securities of companies that are either incorporated in the United States of America or conduct most of their business there and that have a market capitalisation equal to or greater than the companies in the Russell 1000 Index.
