The Fund aims to achieve capital growth by investing at least 85% of its assets in the Jupiter Merian North American Equity Fund (the Master Fund), the investment objective of which is to deliver a return, net of fees, greater than that of the MSCI North America Index with net dividends reinvested over rolling three-year periods. The Fund invests at least 85% of its assets in the Master Fund and may hold up to a maximum of 15% of its assets in money market instruments, deposits and cash. The Master Fund invests at least 70% of the value of its property in a diversified portfolio of North American equities. North American equities are those of companies that are domiciled, incorporated or listed in North America, or that conduct a significant part of their business in North America.
