THE BLENHEIM FUND - Blenheim Diversified Property Fund R GBP Income 

The objective of the Sub-fund is to provide capital growth over any 7 year period and to provide income. To provide the above exposure, a minimum of 70% of the Sub-fund will be invested in active and/or passively managed collective investment schemes (which may include schemes operated by the ACD, associates or controllers of the ACD). The maximum exposure to collective investment schemes that invest directly in property will be 50% (Direct investment includes funds that invest more than 70% of their assets directly in immovable properties).
