The aim of the Fund is to provide capital growth, that is, to increase the value of investors investment, as well as to provide income, that is, money paid out from an investment as dividends from shares, over a minimum of 5 years. The Fund will invest at least 80% in the shares of global infrastructure companies, including investment companies and investment trusts, listed on a range of global developed and emerging market stock exchanges, however exposure to emerging markets will be limited to 10% of the Fund. Notwithstanding the emerging markets limit, investments will span a range of global markets with no maximum or minimum exposure to any other market or geographical region. The Fund is actively managed, which means the Investment Manager decides which investments to buy or sell and when. The Fund will generally hold between 25 and 45 listed companies.
