GCL Technology Holdings Limited is a global enterprise specializing in the manufacturing and sale of polysilicon and wafer products, serving markets in the People's Republic of China and worldwide. The company's activities are organized into three key divisions: Solar Material Business, Solar Farm Business, and New Energy Business. The Solar Material segment focuses on the production and supply of polysilicon and wafer components to entities operating within the solar industry. Its Solar Farm division is responsible for the operational oversight and management of solar power facilities, comprising 18 megawatts (MW) in the United States, 150 MW in South Africa, and five solar farms located across the People's Republic of China. The New Energy segment encompasses the entire lifecycle of solar farm projects, from their development and construction to their ongoing operation and management. Established in 2006 with its headquarters in Kowloon, Hong Kong, the company transitioned its name from GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited to GCL Technology Holdings Limited in April 2022.
