Guardian Directed Equity Path Portfolio (Hedged Units) 

This actively managed portfolio primarily targets mid-to-large capitalization companies across 23 developed economies. Employing a fundamental, bottom-up stock selection methodology, it aims to construct a concentrated portfolio of 20 to 40 enterprises exhibiting sustained earnings growth. While diversified across global markets, the portfolio maintains a significant emphasis on U.S. equities, dedicating a minimum of 50% of its capital to American corporations. Derivatives are utilized for both mitigating downside risks and gaining indirect exposure to various market segments. The fund endeavors to provide monthly distributions, subject to availability, based on an annual target of 4% of the unit's Net Asset Value, as determined at the close of the preceding year.
