Gambit Energy, Inc., an independent enterprise based in San Antonio, Texas, specializes in the exploration, development, and extraction of oil and natural gas resources across the state. A core asset for the company is its 4,261-acre leasehold property, strategically located within the high-yield Eagle Ford Shale formation in Zavala County. Beyond its own resource development, Gambit Energy also owns and operates two oilfield drilling rigs, offering their services on a contractual basis. These include an 8,000-foot drilling capacity rig stationed in Abilene and a 4,000-foot capacity rig situated in Crystal City. The company adopted its current name in October 2011, having previously operated as Gulfmark Energy, Inc.
