GMO Quality Fund Class III 

The fund is authorized to allocate capital, either directly or indirectly (for instance, through sub-funds or financial derivatives), into the equity securities of companies globally, encompassing both developed and emerging economies. Additionally, it possesses the ability to lend out the securities within its portfolio. The fund can also place assets into U.S. government Treasury funds, money market funds not affiliated with GMO, or directly into the highly liquid instruments characteristic of money market investments. It is important to note that this fund is structured as a non-diversified investment vehicle.
