Grace Therapeutics Inc is a late-stage biopharma company with drug candidates addressing rare and orphan diseases. Its development pipeline consists of the following product candidates: GTx-104, a novel injectable formulation of nimodipine for the treatment of a rare disease, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH); GTx-102, targeted for the treatment of ataxia-telangiectasia (A-T) in a pediatric population; and GTx-101, a topical bio adhesive film-forming bupivacaine spray for Postherpetic Neuralgia (PHN), which can be persistent and often causes debilitating pain following infection by the shingles virus.
