The fund invests directly and through other funds in U.S. dollar-denominated investment grade debt securities including treasury securities and corporate bonds that are rated Baa3 or higher by Moody’s and BBB- or higher by Fitch and S&P. It invests in securities with duration of less than one year. The fund employs fundamental and quantitative analysis to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index and the ICE BofA US Treasury Bill Index. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio.
