In addition, it engages in property leasing of buildings and staff dormitories, as well as offices and industrial premises. The company was formerly known as Guangnan (Holdings) Limited and changed its name to GDH Guangnan (Holdings) Limited in June 2020. The company was incorporated in 1982 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. GDH Guangnan (Holdings) Limited is a subsidiary of GDH Limited.
