Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Company Limited (GZPHF), operating with its various subsidiaries, is a diversified pharmaceutical conglomerate primarily engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and global distribution of a broad spectrum of medical products. This includes traditional Chinese patented medicines, Western pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, natural and biological medicines, as well as chemical raw material intermediates. The company's reach extends throughout the People's Republic of China and into international markets. Its operations are strategically divided into four primary segments: Great Southern TCM, Great Commerce, Great Health, and an 'Others' category. Complementing these, the company also operated 22 general retail stores. The enterprise, headquartered in Guangzhou, China, was established in 1997. It was formerly known as Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Company Limited before officially adopting its current name, Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Company Limited, in August 2013.
