Harbor Capital Appreciation Fund Institutional Class 

This fund primarily invests its capital in equity securities, specifically common and preferred shares, issued by U.S. companies. The Subadviser selects these companies based on their potential for above-average growth, ensuring they had a market capitalization of at least $1 billion at the point of purchase. The portfolio focuses on mid and large-capitalization firms that the Subadviser expects to maintain or achieve superior earnings expansion. Furthermore, up to 20% of the fund's total assets may be allocated to non-U.S. securities, a portion of which may originate from issuers located in or conducting operations within emerging markets.
