Hennessy Equity and Income Fund Investor Class 

The investment seeks long-term capital growth and current income. The fund seeks income and long-term capital appreciation with reduced volatility of returns. It will invest up to 70% of its assets in equity securities and its remaining assets in fixed income securities. The fund invests primarily in the securities of companies listed on U.S. national securities exchanges, including common stock, preferred stock, convertible securities, and high-quality corporate, agency, and government bonds.
