Headquartered in Nagano, Japan, Hokuto Corporation primarily focuses on the research, cultivation, and distribution of mushrooms across its home country. Their extensive product line features varieties such as Eryngii, Maitake, Bunashimeji, Bunapi, and Shimofuri Hiratake. Beyond fungal production, the company diversifies its activities by manufacturing and marketing plastic goods, providing materials and machinery for agricultural purposes, and engaging in the cultivation, processing, and sale of various other agricultural products.
