Harbor Large Cap Value Fund Retirement Class 

The Harbor Large Cap Value Fund primarily allocates its capital to equity securities, concentrating on common and preferred stocks issued by major corporations. Under typical market conditions, a significant majority—at least 80% of its net assets, including any funds acquired through borrowing—is dedicated to these large-capitalization companies. The Subadviser employs a distinctive value-oriented approach, seeking out high-quality businesses that it believes are currently trading below their intrinsic value as assessed by the fund management. Furthermore, the fund maintains flexibility to invest up to 20% of its total portfolio in non-U.S. companies, including those operating in developing economies.
