Harbor Mid Cap Value Fund Administrative Class 

The fund aims to generate strong long-term total returns. It primarily allocates capital to equity securities, particularly common stocks, issued by companies of medium capitalization. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets—including any borrowed funds used for investment—are committed to securities of mid-cap companies. The Subadviser implements an actively managed strategy, leveraging a quantitative investment model to inform its selection process, employing a bottom-up and contrarian value philosophy to identify opportunities.
