Heliostar Metals Ltd. is a mining company primarily involved in the procurement, exploration, and advancement of mineral properties across North America. Its core activities revolve around prospecting for and identifying gold and silver deposits. The company currently possesses full 100% ownership of two significant ventures: the Unga Gold project, which spans 240 square kilometers in Alaska, USA, and the Cumaro project, situated in Mexico. Additionally, Heliostar holds exclusive options to acquire complete interests in two further Mexican projects, Oso Negro and La Lola. The firm, initially incorporated in 1983, was formerly known as Redstar Gold Corp. before officially changing its name to Heliostar Metals Ltd. in October 2020.
