The fund is managed by SSGA Funds Management, Inc. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in U.S. dollar denominated, fixed rate, and non-convertible investment grade U.S. Treasury securities that have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to 3 years and less than 10 years. It seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg 3-10 Year U.S. Treasury Index, by using representative sampling technique.
