James Small Cap Fund 

This fund primarily allocates its capital to equity securities of foreign and domestic companies identified by its advisor as undervalued. Its core investments encompass common shares, preferred shares, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that predominantly invest in stocks. Under ordinary market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets—including any funds borrowed for investment purposes—will be committed to equity securities of small capitalization companies.
