This encompasses businesses operating directly within the real estate industry, as well as those in related fields. The portfolio may comprise various forms of equity, such as common stocks, preferred stocks, and other ownership shares, with a particular focus on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and similar property-focused investment vehicles, including international entities possessing REIT-like attributes and companies actively involved in real estate operations.
