JPMorgan U.S. GARP Equity Fund 

The fund aims to generate long-term growth for investors' capital. Under typical market conditions, it commits at least 80% of its total investment pool—which includes both its net assets and any funds borrowed for investment purposes—to equity securities issued by large and mid-capitalization companies based in the United States. The adviser primarily constructs a diversified portfolio by selecting stocks that are believed to possess qualities such as appealing valuations, strong fundamental quality, and/or significant market momentum, with the expectation that these attributes will lead to superior performance compared to the broader market.
