Jacob Discovery Fund Investor Class 

This fund's primary goal is achieved by investing a minimum of 80% of its portfolio, under standard market conditions, in companies categorized as micro-capitalization. These micro-cap firms are specifically identified by one of two criteria: their total market value—derived from multiplying the share price by the number of shares outstanding—must either be (1) $600 million or less, or (2) fall within the defined market value parameters of the Russell Micro Cap® Growth Index at the time the investment is made.
