Janus Henderson Global Allocation Fund - Moderate - S Shares 

This fund strategically allocates capital across a selection of other Janus Henderson-managed mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Through these underlying investments, it gains exposure to companies and economies worldwide, leveraging a variety of asset classes and investment strategies. A substantial portion of its net assets, ranging from approximately 40% to 65%, is dedicated to non-U.S. investments. This diversified approach typically results in a portfolio comprising equities, fixed-income securities, money market instruments, and, when available, alternative investments.
