The Nuveen Preferred & Income Opportunities Fund (JPC) functions as a closed-ended, balanced investment vehicle, initially launched by Nuveen Investments Inc. Its oversight is a joint effort between Nuveen Fund Advisors LLC, Nuveen Asset Management, LLC, and NWQ Investment Management Company, LLC.
