Janus Henderson Small-Mid Cap Value Fund 

This fund aims to achieve long-term capital growth for its investors. Under typical market conditions, it accomplishes this by dedicating at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed funds for investment) to common shares of small and medium-sized businesses. The portfolio also has the flexibility to invest in foreign securities, potentially including those from developing economies. Should the portfolio manager determine that market conditions are unfavorable for investing or if attractive opportunities are scarce, the fund may increase its holdings in cash or similar liquid investments.
