The Invesco KBW Regional Banking ETF, known as the Fund, is an investment product designed to replicate the performance of the KBW Nasdaq Regional Banking Index. The Fund's strategy involves committing a minimum of 90% of its total assets to the publicly traded securities of U.S. regional banking and thrift institutions that comprise this Index. The underlying Index itself utilizes a modified market capitalization weighting methodology, striving to accurately reflect the market performance of these specific companies. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. and Nasdaq Inc. are the joint administrators, responsible for compiling, maintaining, and calculating the Index, which exclusively features firms primarily engaged in regional banking within the United States. Both the Fund's portfolio and the Index's composition are reviewed, rebalanced, and reconstituted on a quarterly basis.
