KraneShares Trust - KraneShares Asia Pacific High Income USD Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Krane Funds Advisors, LLC. It is co-managed by Nikko Asset Management Americas, Inc and Amova Asset Management Americas, Inc. The fund invests in fixed income markets of Asia/Pacific region. It invests in high yield fixed income securities issued by corporate, quasi-sovereign and sovereign issuers which are rated below the four highest categories (i.e., rated Ba1/BB+ or lower) by at least one independent credit rating agency. The fund invests in securities with varying maturities. The fund employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up and top-down security picking approach to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the JP Morgan Asia Credit Index (JACI) Non-Investment Grade Corporate Index.
