Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp., a mineral resource company, engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in the United States. The company was formerly known as Liberty Star Gold Corp. and changed its name to Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. in April 2007. Liberty Star Uranium & Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona.
