LogicMark, Inc. (LGMK) is a U.S.-based technology company focused on developing connected care solutions. Its offerings include personal emergency response systems (PERS), health communication devices, and Internet of Things (IoT) technology, all designed to build a comprehensive care platform. Operating through its subsidiary, LogicMark LLC, the company is responsible for the manufacture and distribution of both non-monitored and monitored personal emergency response systems. These critical devices are marketed via various channels, including durable medical equipment (DME) providers in the healthcare sector, security dealers and distributors, and directly to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Established in 2006, LogicMark, Inc. maintains its headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. Previously known as Nxt-ID, Inc., the company officially adopted the LogicMark, Inc. name in March 2022.
