The Sub-Fund’s investment objective is total return, the components of which are current income and capital appreciation. The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve this objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets in common stock and other equity securities issued by infrastructure companies worldwide, which consist of utilities, pipelines, toll roads, airports, railroads, marine ports, telecommunications companies and other infrastructure companies.
