This fund typically allocates a substantial portion, specifically at least 80%, of its net assets—including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment purposes—to equity instruments. These investments largely focus on common stocks of corporations represented in the Russell 1000® Index and the S&P 500® Index. The portfolio's holdings may encompass various equity-related securities, such as standard common shares, preferred shares, warrants allowing the purchase of common stock, and other financial instruments convertible into common stock.
