This fund typically commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowed capital utilized for investment, to equity instruments issued by companies located in developing economies. These developing economies are broadly situated across regions including Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Africa. In this context, the definition of developing capital markets encompasses, but is not exclusively confined to, the markets of all countries that constitute the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. Furthermore, the fund typically allocates capital to a minimum of three distinct countries simultaneously.
