This fund functions as a feeder fund, allocating its entire portfolio to an underlying series within a Master LLC. This series is specifically structured to replicate the fund's own investment objectives and strategies. The fund primarily aims to invest in securities that are part of the Russell 2000 index. Under normal market circumstances, a minimum of 80% of its total assets will be committed to financial instruments or securities that either comprise the Russell 2000 index directly or exhibit similar economic characteristics to its components.
