MFS Value Fund 

The primary goal of this investment vehicle is to generate long-term capital growth. It typically invests the majority of its assets in equity instruments. These instruments include common stocks and other financial products that signify ownership, or the potential for ownership, in a company or other organization. The fund's manager, MFS, specifically seeks out and invests in companies whose stocks they believe are trading below their true intrinsic value, often referred to as "value companies."
