Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Global Insight Portfolio 

This fund seeks to achieve substantial capital appreciation over an extended period. Typically, its investment approach involves allocating capital primarily to a diverse range of well-established and growing companies located globally. These companies' market values are generally comparable to those found within the MSCI All Country World Index. Ordinarily, at least 40% of the fund's total assets will be dedicated to securities issued by entities outside of the United States, although the Adviser maintains the discretion to lower this international allocation if market conditions are deemed unfavorable.
