Meridian Small Cap Growth Fund Legacy Class 

This fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation. Under typical conditions, it allocates a minimum of 80% of its total assets, which includes capital raised through borrowing for investment, to equity instruments issued by U.S. small-cap businesses. These equity holdings may comprise common stocks, preferred stocks, and securities convertible into either common or preferred shares. Furthermore, the fund retains the flexibility to invest up to 20% of its assets in securities from companies of any market valuation.
