The fund primarily allocates its capital to equity holdings in both U.S. and international companies that the investment manager identifies as trading below their intrinsic worth, determined by recognized or objective valuation methodologies. Beyond this core approach, the portfolio also incorporates strategies such as merger arbitrage and investments in the debt and equity of financially distressed entities. Furthermore, the fund has the flexibility to commit a significant portion of its assets to foreign securities, including participations in foreign sovereign debt.
