Nuveen Equity Long/Short Fund 

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by employing a long/short strategy across a diverse portfolio of equities. Its holdings, both long and short, will consist almost entirely of securities found within its benchmark, the Russell 1000 Index, at the point of initial investment. Consequently, the fund’s investments are heavily concentrated in large-capitalization companies.
