Nuveen High Yield Municipal Bond Fund 

Under typical market conditions, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its combined net assets and any borrowed funds used specifically for investment purposes to municipal bonds. The interest payments from these bonds are exempt from regular federal personal income tax. A significant portion of the portfolio is concentrated in long-term municipal bonds that are considered lower quality. Furthermore, the fund may employ effective leverage, for instance, through investments in inverse floaters.
