It develops commerce, commercial centers, offices, housing units, and residential properties. The company was formerly known as Gazit Inc. and changed its name to Norstar Holdings Inc. in May 2011. Norstar Holdings Inc. was incorporated in 1962 and is based in Ramat Gan, Israel.
