Chariot Limited, along with its associated entities, primarily concentrates on the exploration and assessment of oil and gas reserves. Its business operations are structured into two distinct segments: Transactional Gas and Transactional Power. The company possesses notable interests in Morocco, including the Rissana offshore license, which encompasses an area of roughly 8,489 square kilometers, and the Lixus license, covering approximately 2,390 square kilometers. Furthermore, Chariot is active in mining power projects across the African continent. Established in 2007 and based in Saint Peter Port, Guernsey, the company formally adopted its current name, Chariot Limited, in June 2021, having previously been known as Chariot Oil & Gas Limited.
