The company possesses an agreement to acquire full ownership of both the Mineral Basin Claims, consisting of four federally located claims, and the Riverside claims, comprising eight patented claims, both situated in the Hyder Mining District of Alaska, United States. Furthermore, Optimum Ventures holds an option to secure an 80% interest in the Harry Property, which encompasses three adjacent mineral claims covering 1,333 hectares within the Skeena Mining Division of British Columbia.
