Otto Energy Limited, along with its associated entities, is an oil and gas exploration and production company operating across North America. A cornerstone of its asset portfolio is a 50% interest in the South Marsh Island 71 project. Additionally, the company holds a 37.5% working interest in the Lightning field in Matagorda County, Texas, and a 16.7% working interest in the Green Canyon 21 lease within the Gulf of Mexico. Incorporated in 2004, the company was formerly known as Ottoman Energy Limited until it rebranded as Otto Energy Limited in August 2006. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Adelaide, Australia.
