Overlay Shares Foreign Equity 

This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) is designed to achieve its investment objectives through two primary strategies. Firstly, it gains exposure to international equity securities, spanning both developed and emerging markets, either by investing in other ETFs focused on these non-U.S. stocks or by directly purchasing the underlying securities themselves. Secondly, the fund generates income by engaging in the selling and purchasing of listed short-term put options.
