Brompton Global Equity HighPay (CAD Units) 

Brompton Global Equity HighPay ETF is an exchange traded fund managed by Brompton Funds Limited. The ETF invests in an actively managed portfolio consisting primarily of leading global companies, determined at the manager’s discretion. The manager may, at its discretion, write covered call options from time to time on the portfolio in order to earn option premiums and lower the overall volatility of returns associated with owning a portfolio of equity securities. The ETF will use modest leverage in order to seek to achieve its investment objectives. Initially the Brompton ETF is expected to employ leverage of approximately 25% of its NAV. Brompton Global Equity HighPay ETF is domiciled in Canada.
