Pro-Dex Inc is engaged in the design, development, manufacture, sale and repair of handheld medical devices and accessories, with products including Powered Surgical Drivers, Precision Air Powered Motors and others, including autoclavable, battery-powered and electric multi-function surgical drivers and shavers used mainly in the orthopedic, thoracic and craniomaxillofacial markets, as well as providing engineering, quality, regulatory consulting, NRE and prototype services, and manufacturing and selling rotary air motors and precision machined parts and assemblies for the aerospace and defense industries, with the majority of revenue derived from designing, developing, manufacturing and repairing powered surgical instruments for medical device original equipment manufacturers.
